From Ukraine to the U.S., Ivan Terzi’s entrepreneurial journey is a story of grit, growth, and game-changing innovation. Now, as co-founder of Florida-based Hyper Cyber, he’s rewriting the rules of the custom gaming PC market.

After moving to the U.S. with high hopes and zero guarantees, Ivan brought with him years of leadership experience, having headed sales for global beverage giant Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2008 to 2015. There, he honed his skills in leading teams and forging strong client relationships across the HoReCa segment.

In 2016, he ventured into entrepreneurship with TBR Trade Group, a company focused on supplying high-performance graphics cards. In just a few years, the business scaled rapidly, serving top-tier clients like Amazon, Apple, Google, U.S. government agencies, and elite universities such as Stanford and Berkeley. Strategic partnerships with NVIDIA, Intel, and ASUS helped the company surpass $7 million in revenue by its third year.

Recognizing a major gap in the prebuilt gaming PC market — where flashy looks often outweighed real performance — Ivan launched Hyper Cyber in 2024. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, Hyper Cyber crafts each system by hand, using high-end components from brands like Corsair, ASUS, and NVIDIA. Every PC undergoes rigorous testing and comes with lifetime support — from humans, not bots.

More than just hardware, Hyper Cyber thrives on community. The brand collaborates closely with gamers, creators, and tech influencers to continuously improve its offerings. It has quickly earned customer loyalty through authenticity, performance, and reliable service.

Now expanding into workstations for professionals in content creation, AI, and 3D rendering, the company is preparing to open its flagship Tampa showroom — offering hands-on experiences and personal support. Meanwhile, Hyper Cyber fosters connection through gaming nights, influencer partnerships, and e-sports collaborations.

A member of the Forbes Business Council, Ivan shares leadership insights drawn from building businesses from scratch. He emphasizes values-based hiring and the importance of flexibility and trust in growth.

Ivan’s journey is a reminder that bold moves, backed by experience and integrity, can lead to lasting success. With Hyper Cyber, he’s not just selling PCs — he’s building a brand rooted in quality, customer care, and community.
