Decision sets the stage for Crowther to become CEO of Incubeta Americas in 2026, following the company’s succession plan. Earlier, Crowther was the Chief Client Officer and she broadened client relationships while enhancing operational execution.

In addition, the present CEO Americas Alex Langshur will be Executive Advisor & M&A Integration Leader from July 1, 2026. The change will facilitate the continuity of strategy execution and client servicing across the region.
