Facility Solutions Group (FSG), a leading electrical contractor, lighting distributor, and service provider, announced Jason Zipprian as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Jason Zipprian assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer at Facility Solutions Group, strengthening leadership across the organization.
Zipprian built a 30-year career at FSG, beginning as an apprentice electrician and steadily advancing through various operational and leadership roles. He gained experience across field operations, sales, project management, regional leadership, and executive leadership during his career progression. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of FSG’s Construction division, where he managed critical operations and growth strategies.
Succession Strategy and Future Plans
FSG’s Board of Directors led a structured succession process to identify a leader with deep operational knowledge and strong cultural alignment. The board selected a leader who understands FSG’s business and has lived its mission through years of internal experience.

FSG will retain its headquarters in Austin, Texas, while Zipprian will relocate from Corpus Christi with his family. The company also plans to build a new corporate office on FSG-owned land located south of downtown Austin.
