PEI Group has announced that Edouard Tavernier will succeed Tim McLoughlin as the Chief Executive Officer of the company with immediate effect.

Edouard Tavernier joins the PEI Group after his role as the President of S&P Global Mobility, where he was responsible for the transformation and growth of the business. He has experience in developing and growing information and technology businesses around the world, focusing on product-led growth and acquisition.
