DuPont has named D.G. MacPherson to its Board of Directors. This move will enhance the company’s Board of Directors structure. The appointment will be effective immediately. MacPherson has rich leadership experience in the industrial sector. He is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of W.W. Grainger, Inc. Apart from this, he has experience in leading large global teams in operations, supply chain, and digital transformation.

These positions include the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain. This has enabled him to gain considerable knowledge in operational discipline and value creation. At DuPont, MacPherson will also be serving on the Audit Committee. Therefore, his financial and operational experience will be of great benefit to the board.
