Ben Dawson’s Proven Track Record in Global Infrastructure
Dawson brings nearly two decades of specialized architectural and aviation design experience to Corgan. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered complex, large-scale infrastructure developments across the region. His extensive professional portfolio includes terminal redevelopments, airport master planning, greenfield developments, and commercial strategy initiatives.
Specifically, Dawson contributed to major landmark hub projects across Asia. These include the Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 renovation in Japan and Clark International Airport in the Philippines. Additionally, he worked on Singapore’s new Changi Airport Terminal 4 and the Changi Terminal 1 upgrades. His past work also covers Jakarta Terminal 3 in Indonesia and commercial planning with Vinci Airports in Europe. Furthermore, he led design efforts for the Sunshine Coast Airport Terminal expansion in Australia. Beyond aviation, Dawson oversaw the construction of Singapore’s $1 billion Gardens by the Bay development at Marina Bay.
