Centene Welcomes Lauren M. Tyler to Its Board of Directors

Centene Corporation announced the appointment of Lauren M. Tyler to its Board of Directors, effective June 19, 2026. The move strengthens the company’s Corporate Governance Leadership as it continues advancing its long-term strategic priorities. Tyler will serve on the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Talent Committee.

Tyler brings more than 30 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, corporate audit, investor relations, and human capital strategy. Her appointment adds significant expertise to Centene’s board at an important stage of the company’s growth.

Sarah M. London, Chief Executive Officer of Centene, highlighted Tyler’s experience and leadership background.

“Lauren’s longstanding track record guiding global, complex organizations through transformation while prioritizing governance, talent development, and operational rigor will be key as Centene continues to evolve and deliver on its mission,” said CEO Sarah M. London.

Tyler spent more than two decades at JPMorgan Chase & Co. During that time, she held several senior leadership positions. Her roles included Executive Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources for Asset and Wealth Management. She also served as Global Firmwide Chief Auditor and Global Head of Investor Relations.

Earlier in her career, Tyler worked at TSG Capital Partners, Allen & Company, and Morgan Stanley. As a result, she developed extensive expertise across financial services, governance, and organizational leadership.

Extensive Experience in Corporate Governance Leadership

Currently, Tyler serves on the boards of Cencora, Inc. and Guardian Life. Previously, she served on the board of Alleghany Corporation until its acquisition in 2022. In addition, she holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.

Centene Chairman Frederick H. Eppinger also welcomed Tyler to the board.
