He will drive AI innovation across their cloud platform for the property and casualty insurance industry. In his role as a CPO, Valdez will be tasked with leading product strategy, design, and delivery. A major part of his focus will be on the development of AI innovations that drive customer value. Valdez’s Experience and Industry Impact
Valdez has strong experience in building platform-scale products. He was previously the Senior Vice President of Products at Dayforce, where he led the way for the improvement of AI-enabled functionality in human capital management software. Before that, he was in charge of platform programs at Workday and was also the co-founder of an intelligent workspace startup.
