Kevin Jacobsen, former CFO of The Clorox Company, now joins the health plan’s Board of Directors with extensive leadership experience. He brings more than three decades of financial and operational leadership roles across global organizations and complex environments. During his seven years as Clorox CFO, he oversaw financial reporting, risk management, internal audit, and investor relations. Jacobsen also directed tax, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, and global business services throughout his tenure.

Professional and Governance Background
At Clorox, he co-architected the IGNITE transformation strategy, enhancing operations and digital capabilities. He led the implementation of global ERP financial reporting and planning modules to improve efficiency enterprise-wide. Jacobsen also created a Global Business Services organization focused on productivity and advanced technology results. He holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and completed executive education at Wharton.
Jacobsen serves on the board of Avista Corporation, contributing to audit, operations, and technology committees. He is a Qualified Financial Expert with leadership service at a captive insurance board from 2021 to 2025. He also served on the Economic Advisory Council of the San Francisco Federal Reserve from 2022 through 2024.
