Best Buy Co., Inc. announced a key executive leadership appointment today. The retail giant named Anne Bramman as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Decades of Retail and Financial Leadership
Incoming executive leadership expressed immense confidence in Bramman’s corporate background.
“Anne brings an impressive and unique combination of finance and operations experience that aligns perfectly with Best Buy and where we’re headed,” said Jason Bonfig, incoming CEO. “Her consumer expertise, along with her proven track record of leading teams and creating long-term shareholder value will be instrumental as we take on our next chapter.”
Bramman highlighted Best Buy’s long-standing retail market influence and vision.
“I’ve long admired Best Buy’s ability to adapt, innovate and stay deeply connected to its customers,” said Bramman. “I’m thrilled to join the company and I look forward to working with Jason and the impressive Best Buy team to help accelerate growth and build an exciting future together.”
Strategic Vision and Board Governance Experience

Previously, she worked as Chief Financial Officer at Nordstrom, directing financial allocation and digital growth. Additionally, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Avery Dennison and Carnival Cruise Line. Earlier in her executive career, she held senior leadership roles at L Brands.
Meanwhile, Bramman maintains active board directorships at Morningstar and McCormick & Company. The new Chief Financial Officer will report directly to incoming CEO Jason Bonfig.
