Ann Fairchild assumes the role of Siemens USA CEO, marking a significant leadership transition at Siemens’ largest global market. Siemens has officially appointed Ann Fairchild as President and CEO of Siemens USA. She steps into the role permanently after serving as interim Siemens USA CEO since October 2025. The appointment takes effect immediately.
Ann Fairchild will lead Siemens USA CEO operations across the United States. Meanwhile, the company continues to expand its presence nationwide. Siemens employs over 50,000 people across all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Additionally, the company generated $24 billion in revenue during fiscal 2025.
Fairchild brings over 25 years of experience at Siemens. Most recently, she served as General Counsel for Siemens USA. Therefore, she offers deep insight into the company’s strategic direction and operations. Moreover, she has contributed significantly to business growth and governance improvements. She also supported complex transactions and strengthened internal alignment.

Leadership Experience and Strategic Vision
Ann Fairchild served as General Counsel for Siemens USA for eight years. During this time, she managed legal, compliance, regulatory, and intellectual property functions. Furthermore, she helped Siemens navigate complex regulatory environments. At the same time, she enabled the company to capture strategic opportunities.

In addition, Fairchild serves on the Siemens Corporation Board of Directors. She also contributes to the German American Business Council. There, she supports discussions on policy, diplomacy, and global commerce. Recently, she joined the board of Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose (CECP).
Fairchild began her career in the legal field. She clerked for the Honorable Tommy Miller at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Subsequently, she worked as a litigation associate at McGuireWoods. She joined Siemens in 1999 within the Power Generation business. Since then, she has held several senior leadership roles in Legal and Compliance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a finance concentration from the University of Virginia. Additionally, she earned a juris doctor from the College of William & Mary School of Law.
