AGCO announced a major leadership move to accelerate AGCO’s digital transformation across its global operations. The company named Jena Holtberg-Benge as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO). The appointment becomes effective on March 16, 2026.
AGCO confirmed that Holtberg-Benge currently serves as Vice President of Aftersales Parts. She joined the company in 2023 and quickly strengthened the business through operational discipline and digital innovation. Moreover, she expanded digital capabilities and supported dealers and farmers through AI-led initiatives. Her work continues to support the company’s broader AGCO digital transformation strategy.
Holtberg-Benge brings more than two decades of agricultural industry experience. She also carries global leadership expertise across manufacturing, digital solutions, operations, and business development. Furthermore, she has delivered consistent results in complex global environments.
Throughout her career, Holtberg-Benge has translated strategic goals into operational success. She has also led large-scale digital transformation programs that modernized core technology platforms. Notably, she drove several initiatives focused on improving e-commerce capabilities and digital infrastructure.
As Chief Digital & Information Officer, Holtberg-Benge will lead AGCO’s global technology strategy. She will oversee digital platforms, enterprise data systems, and information technology operations. In addition, she will prioritize information security while expanding scalable digital capabilities that support long-term growth. These initiatives will play a critical role in strengthening AGCO’s digital transformation worldwide.
Leadership Supports AGCO’s Digital Strategy
AGCO Chairman, President, and CEO Eric Hansotia highlighted Holtberg-Benge’s leadership and industry knowledge. He emphasized her ability to connect technology strategy with business growth.

Holtberg-Benge will operate from AGCO’s global headquarters in Duluth, Georgia. Her leadership will guide the next phase of AGCO’s digital transformation, especially as artificial intelligence and connected agriculture technologies reshape the industry. She holds a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In addition, she earned her undergraduate degree in international studies from Vassar College.
