He has extensive operational experience working for huge multinational manufacturing corporations during his long and successful career. Extensive Senior Financial Leadership Experience
Currently, Dr. Terlinde serves as Group Chief Financial Officer of Flender International GmbH. The organization operates as a multinational manufacturer of industrial and wind gearboxes worldwide. Before joining Flender, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer of JOST Werke SE. That company operates as a publicly traded German manufacturer of commercial vehicle components.
In that role, Dr. Terlinde managed corporate finance, investor relations, legal affairs, and compliance. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Benteler Automotive GmbH and MAHLE GmbH. Both firms operate as tier-1 suppliers to the global automotive industry. Additionally, he worked as Chief Financial Officer of ista North America, Inc. That firm serves multi-family homeowners and utility providers across the United States.

He earned his doctorate in business administration magna cum laude from the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany. Furthermore, he obtained both his graduate degree and undergraduate degree from the same institution.
He also completed an executive education program at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Furthermore, Dr. Terlinde previously taught U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and German GAAP accounting at the university level. Currently, he serves on the examination board for German Certified Public Accountants.
