Specifically, Prasad brings decades of experience transforming breakthrough technology into global commercial businesses. Previously, Prasad served as Senior Vice President and Head Scientist at Amazon for Alexa and AGI. During his 12-year tenure at Amazon, he built Alexa into a widespread consumer service. Furthermore, he recently led the creation of the Amazon Nova foundation model family for enterprises.

Earlier in his career, Prasad spent nearly 14 years leading machine-learning research at Raytheon BBN Technologies. There, he developed practical real-world applications for both federal government and commercial clients.
Additionally, Prasad maintains deep professional ties to the Boston technology ecosystem. He lived in the Boston area for over 25 years.

Subject to standard administrative approvals, Prasad will also join the company’s official Board of Directors.
