Applied safety science global leader UL Solutions has appointed Kelly Manthey as Executive Vice President. Moreover, Manthey will serve as the Chief AI & Digital Trust Officer starting October 1, 2026. She joins the executive leadership team of UL Solutions to strengthen digital trust initiatives.
In this newly established executive role, Manthey reports directly to President and CEO Jennifer Scanlon. Previously, she served as Global CEO and board member at tech consultancy firm Kin + Carta. During her tenure, she transformed operations, expanded AI capabilities, and led its sale to BC Partners. Furthermore, she directed the company’s integration into Valtech across North and Latin America during 2024.
Manthey is a graduate of Kent State University in Management Information Systems, having received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
