Leading healthcare organization Integrated Dermatology has promoted Nicholas Anguish to Chief Executive Officer. The high-level executive transition took effect on October 1, 2026. Consequently, Anguish succeeds outgoing CEO Tushar Ramani, MD. Meanwhile, Dr. Ramani will continue serving as an active board member.
Previously, Anguish joined Integrated Dermatology as Chief Financial Officer back in 2024. Subsequently, he earned a promotion to company president during 2025. In that role, he successfully focused on operational efficiency and sustainable organizational expansion. Moving forward, he will expand the national network of Integrated Dermatology partner practices. Furthermore, he will guide long-term strategic growth initiatives across all operational divisions.
“Nicholas has a deep understanding of what makes Integrated Dermatology successful our partners, providers and staff, and our commitment to preserving the independence of private practice,” said Jeff Queen, co-founder of Integrated Dermatology. “We’re confident he’s the right leader to guide Integrated Dermatology through its next phase of growth.”
Supporting Provider Autonomy Across Partner Practices
In addition, company leaders highlighted the importance of collaborative executive leadership.
Andrew Queen, co-founder of Integrated Dermatology, added, “A strong partnership starts with listening to physicians and understanding what they need to deliver exceptional patient care. Nicholas brings that mindset to his leadership, and I’m excited to see him strengthen the support we provide to our partners, help more patients access high-quality dermatologic care, and make a positive difference in the communities we serve.”
Before entering executive healthcare leadership, Anguish launched his career as a certified public accountant at RSM US LLP. Later, he served as Division CFO at EyeCare Partners. During that tenure, he managed financial operations for the multi-billion-dollar medical enterprise. That expansive organization spanned over 1,000 active providers across 700 clinical and surgical sites.
Now, he leverages that corporate experience to advance Integrated Dermatology nationwide. Ultimately, his executive strategy prioritizes medical autonomy alongside strong administrative support.
“I’m honored to step into this role and continue building on Integrated Dermatology’s strong foundation,” said Anguish. “As we continue to grow, my priorities will be supporting our dermatology partners and providers, preserving their clinical autonomy, and providing the infrastructure they need to thrive.”
