Engageware Strengthens Executive Team to Accelerate AI Adoption across Regulated Industries

Regulated Industries

Engageware expands its executive leadership team to accelerate artificial intelligence deployment across regulated industries.

Abramson will serve as the company’s chief financial officer, while Fox has been chosen as the chief technology officer and Wilson as the chief customer officer of the firm. They all possess extensive experience in scaling AI solutions in very compliant industries.

This new leadership team is a result of customer demands from enterprise clients in regulated industries. The industries include banking, financial services, wealth management, and telecommunications industries where accuracy and governance are important.

Engageware’s customer engagement platform has more than a billion AI interactions globally. In addition, the platform has managed to schedule 1.5 billion appointments for enterprises across the globe.

Executive Leadership Roles and Operational Responsibilities

Under the new structure, Abramson oversees global finance, legal, and administrative functions for Engageware. Meanwhile, Fox leads global engineering and product teams to advance governed AI platforms.

Additionally, Wilson leads customer success, enablement, and operations to help clients maximize platform value. Together, these appointments strengthen product innovation and customer expansion across key regulated industries.

“There is a lot of talk about AI transformation, but very few executives have actually led it,” said Dan O’Malley, CEO of Engageware. “Steve, Rob and Matt are the rare exceptions. Each has built, deployed and scaled AI inside real businesses in regulated markets. Together they strengthen every critical area of our company, from product innovation and operational scale to customer success and growth. With this team in place, Engageware isn’t just participating in the AI revolution in regulated industries, we’re positioned to lead it.”

Proven Enterprise Track Record in Complex Sectors

Each new executive offers significant hands-on industry background in driving digital transformation.

Before joining Engageware, Abramson served as CFO at Numerated, guiding finance operations until its acquisition by Moody’s. Previously, he scaled finance functions as CFO at JUNO before its acquisition by GrowthZone.

Similarly, Fox spearheaded company-wide AI and product transformation in his prior role at Supplier.io. Earlier at HG Insights, he built the Innovation Team and supported a $250 million exit.

Wilson also led Alkami Technology’s internal AI transformation prior to its going public. He drove enterprise AI programs in a variety of organizations in regulated industries. The appointments further Engageware’s commitment to delivering enterprise AI to regulated industries. Thus, the company strengthens its position in the market and serves high-compliance global markets. Regulated industry organizations continue to select Engageware to securely modernize customer service workflows.
