Centuri Appoints New Executive Leadership to Drive Vision One Strategy

Centuri Holdings, Inc. announced major executive leadership changes. The utility and energy infrastructure services company appointed Kelly Youngblood as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Gregory A. Izenstark in this critical role. Meanwhile, Danielle Hunter joins as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary. She succeeds Jason S. Wilcock in her new role. Both strategic appointments take effect immediately across the organization.

Executive Leadership & Financial Background 

Youngblood brings over 30 years of global finance experience to Centuri. Furthermore, he previously served as Executive Advisor to the CEO of DNOW. Before that, he served as CFO of MRC until its merger with DNOW.

Hunter offers more than 15 years of public company leadership in energy. Most recently, she served as President of Berry Corporation. Consequently, her extensive legal and governance expertise will strengthen Centuri’s corporate strategy.
