Trinity Names Tina Durocher-Murphy as Chief People Officer

Trinity announces Tina Durocher-Murphy as its new Trinity Chief People Officer, reinforcing its commitment to organizational growth and talent excellence. The Chief People Officer will be responsible for the company’s people strategy and supporting long term business objectives. “Further, the Trinity Chief People Officer will help to strengthen Trinity’s culture, leadership and team as the company expands.”

The appointment is part of Trinity’s ongoing investment in building a high-performing, values-driven organization, the Waltham, Massachusetts-based company said. The company’s ongoing focus is on attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent to support its mission of helping clients commercialize life-saving medicines.

In her new role, Durocher-Murphy will be responsible for the development and delivery of Trinity’s people strategy. She will also oversee the full suite of human capital functions across the enterprise. She oversees total rewards, talent acquisition, learning and development, culture and employee engagement initiatives. These efforts will be sustained by Trinity’s core values and the guiding belief that “Every Decision Impacts a Life.”

Her leadership will also assist the company to build out its workforce, scale its operations and deliver greater value to clients. She will also play a role in attracting professionals who combine human expertise and artificial intelligence capabilities to shape the future of life sciences commercialization.

Leadership Hire Highlights Trinity’s Expansion Strategy

This is an important appointment for Trinity as we get ready for our next phase of growth which was said by Scott Evangelista.

Durocher-Murphy brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in human resources across life sciences, healthcare, and rapidly growing organizations. Before joining Trinity, she served as Chief People Officer at Precision Medicine Group and Millennium Physician Group. During those roles, she helped design and execute transformational human resources strategies that supported business growth.

Previously, she also held leadership positions as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at PRA Health Sciences. In addition, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Quintiles/IQVIA. Earlier in her career, she spent 12 years in human resources leadership roles at Abbott, where she gained extensive experience in organizational development and talent management.

Experienced HR Executive Brings Strategic Leadership

Durocher-Murphy shared her enthusiasm about joining Trinity and supporting its mission-driven culture.

Beyond her corporate leadership responsibilities, Durocher-Murphy remains actively involved in community service. She has volunteered with organizations including the American Red Cross, where she served as Board Chair for Central North Carolina. She has also supported Dress for Success and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night campaign.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. Additionally, she completed a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology at Springfield College in Massachusetts. Her appointment further strengthens Trinity’s leadership team as the company advances its people-first strategy across the life sciences industry.
