Natixis Investment Managers Names Léa Dunand-Chatellet Chief Executive Officer of Mirova

Natixis Investment Managers has named Léa Dunand-Chatellet as Chief Executive Officer of Mirova, its affiliate dedicated to sustainable investing. The appointment of the Chief Executive Officer has been approved by Mirova’s Board of Directors. Léa Dunand-Chatellet will take over the position on July 1, 2026, from Philippe Zaouati.

Léa Dunand-Chatellet has over 20 years of experience in sustainable investment and asset management. She had more than 10 years of experience in Natixis Investment Managers, first at Mirova and then at DNCA Finance. Throughout her career, she promoted sustainable finance and contributed to industry initiatives across France. She also participated in working groups with the AMF, the AFG and the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty.

Leadership Transition Supports Mirova’s Global Expansion

Natixis Investment Managers expects its new Chief Executive Officer to strengthen Mirova’s international presence. Additionally, Léa Dunand-Chatellet will expand the firm’s sustainable investing capabilities while combining its listed and private asset expertise. The company believes her leadership will create greater value for clients and support its long-term growth strategy.

Léa Dunand-Chatellet currently serves as Head of Responsible Investment and ESG Portfolio Manager at DNCA Finance. She began her career in 2005 at Oddo Securities, focusing on extra-financial analysis. Later, she joined Sycomore Asset Management, where she led ESG management and developed a pioneering sustainable development integration model. In 2015, she joined Mirova as Head of Equity Management. Then, in 2018, she moved to DNCA Finance to establish and lead the responsible investment department. She also launched the firm’s first range of sustainable investment funds.

Léa Dunand-Chatellet graduated from the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) and earned an agrégation in Economics and Management. She actively supports several leading industry organizations. Since 2022, she has served on the AMF’s Climate and Sustainable Finance Commission. She also chairs the AFG’s Responsible Investment Commission and joined the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance, and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty’s ISR Label Committee in 2024. In addition, she teaches responsible investment modules at several leading business schools each year. She also co-authored the reference book “ISR et Finance responsable” (SRI and Responsible Finance), published in 2014 and 2022.
