TaskUs, Inc. has announced a major leadership appointment to support its ongoing AI Services Expansion strategy. The company named Rishabh Khemka as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective June 19, 2026. TaskUs aims to strengthen its executive team as it continues investing in AI-driven growth and operational excellence.
Financial Expertise Supports TaskUs’ AI Services Expansion
Khemka has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in global technology services companies. His expertise will help drive TaskUs’ growth initiatives as the company accelerates its AI Services Expansion. He has led corporate finance efforts, business integration programs, operational transformation projects, and investor relations for both public and private companies.
Earlier, Khemka was the Chief Financial Officer of Encora, a digital engineering services firm backed by Advent International and Warburg Pincus. During his tenure, he helped guide the company through its acquisition by Coforge Limited. He also led the financial integration process that followed the transaction.
Before joining Encora, Khemka spent more than 18 years at Wipro. During that period, he held several senior finance positions. He eventually became Chief Financial Officer of Wipro’s Americas business.
“Rishabh joins TaskUs at a very exciting time as we expand our AI-enabled service offerings,” said Bryce Maddock, CEO of TaskUs. “Following a thoughtful search process, his appointment will strengthen the TaskUs leadership team with a seasoned CFO who combines deep financial expertise with a proven track record of scaling global technology services businesses. As we continue investing in our own AI transformation, scaling our AI services, and driving operational excellence in our core business, Rishabh’s experience and perspective will ensure we execute with discipline while creating long-term value for shareholders.”
The appointment supports TaskUs’ broader AI Services Expansion efforts. Additionally, the company continues to focus on digital operations, customer experience innovation, and long-term shareholder value.
“I am thrilled to join TaskUs at a definitive moment in its evolution,” Mr. Khemka said. “TaskUs has built a differentiated position at the intersection of AI, digital operations, and world-class talent. I look forward to partnering with Bryce, the TaskUs Leadership team, the Board, and our global teammates to advance TaskUs’ AI-focused strategy and create sustained long-term value for our shareholders.”
Meanwhile, Trent Thrash will continue serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Investor Relations and Treasury. He previously held the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Maddock continued, “I also want to thank Trent for taking on additional responsibilities as interim CFO and supporting a seamless transition over the last few months. Trent’s leadership helped ensure continuity, operational focus, and strong financial execution. I know TaskUs will continue to benefit from his experience, financial leadership, and strategic focus on the business.”
