PagerDuty has appointed John DiLullo as Chief Executive Officer to accelerate its growth strategy. PagerDuty CEO reflects the company’s concentration on digital operational management and AI-based technologies.
DiLullo will be responsible for driving global strategies and operations at the firm. Also, his other areas of focus will include expanding the capabilities of the company’s incident response platform & cloud computing solutions. Additionally, under his leadership, innovations in enterprise IT and DevOps software will be fostered by the firm. Notably, before joining the company, DiLullo has served in key leadership positions in the technology industry. Consequently, he possesses considerable expertise in SaaS platforms and enterprise IT solutions.
