Riskified, a leader in ecommerce fraud and risk intelligence, announced a major board update. The company appointed Dr. Samer Haj-Yehia to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. The appointment became effective on March 19, 2026. Riskified also confirmed that Aaron Mankovski resigned after nearly a decade of service. His resignation took effect on March 17, 2026.

Dr. Haj-Yehia brings strong expertise in fintech innovation and global capital markets. He will support Riskified as it scales its AI-powered platform globally.

Experienced Leadership Strengthens Strategic Growth
Dr. Haj-Yehia serves on the Board of Directors of Lemonade, Inc. He also chairs the Strategic Advisory Board at Vintage Investment. He advises several AI-focused startups across global markets. Previously, he served as Executive Group Chairman of Bank Leumi. He led significant technological transformation and achieved strong profitability growth. Dr. Haj-Yehia also held senior leadership roles at Fidelity Investments in the United States.
He teaches finance and fintech at Reichman University. Dr. Haj-Yehia frequently speaks at international conferences on financial innovation. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT. Dr. Haj-Yehia also earned multiple degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is a CFA charterholder. The Board of Directors regularly evaluates its composition and structure. It ensures a balanced mix of skills, experience, and diversity. The Board continues to oversee long-term business strategy effectively.
Following these changes, Riskified Ltd.’s Board will include eight directors. Six directors qualify as independent under New York Stock Exchange rules.
