PRA has appointed Sharon Crichton as its new PRA Chief Operating Officer. This appointment aims to boost its operational leadership and experiential innovation. Her duties as PRA’s Chief Operating Officer kick off instantly. Sharon possesses more than 30 years of track record in operational management and marketing innovation. At present, she serves as Chief Operating Officer at Jack Morton Worldwide, a global brand experience agency.

Expanding Operational Strategy and Market Growth
In her new role, Crichton will oversee the operational strategy. Of PRA’s operations in the company’s Destination, Creative, Production, and Digital services. She will do this in collaboration with the executive team to increase integration, efficiency, and client success. She will also oversee the expansion of workforce development programs. As well as the growth of the company’s key markets’ networks. Importantly, Crichton has a proven track record in. The design of scalable architectures, as well as the delivery of impactful solutions that exceed client expectations. Her job responsibilities in the past have included teams in over a dozen markets around the world. Including operations and production teams.
