Agadi, who is the CEO of Conduent, will oversee digital transformation enterprise solutions at this organization. He is appointed as part of a leadership change in this organization, as detailed below. Additionally, this individual will vacate this position to take up the position of CEO in this organization. The independent member of this board will be replaced by new leadership in this organization in this leadership change. The President, CEO, and board member will depart the organization after six years, following this recent leadership transition.

Agadi has more than 35 years of executive experience in company management with expertise in the enterprise technology company sector.
