Driven Brands Names Timothy Johnson to Board of Directors

Driven Brands confirmed the board appointed industry expert Timothy Johnson as an independent director, effective January 1, 2026. This development has strengthened the corporation’s management as well as the board, as they continue to focus on growth. Moreover, Timothy Johnson has also been included in the Driven Brands Audit Committee. He will play an important part in shaping financial reporting and guidelines at Driven Brands.

That will provide a valuable perspective as the Company continues to execute its strategic objectives.”

Johnson has over thirty years of executive experience from global retail and consumer businesses. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Victoria’s Secret before retiring in May 2025.

Johnson had experience in finance leadership at Big Lots and Limited Brands before taking on the CFO role at Dell. He started in public accounting, providing him with expertise in financial reporting, which he brings to his role at Dell. Driven Brands is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is the largest automotive service brands holding company in North America. Its brands range from Take 5 Oil Change, Meineke Car Care Centers, to Maaco and others.
