IKS Health today declared the appointment of Kathryn Weismantel as Chief Marketing Officer and Christi Braun as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.
As CMO, Weismantel will lead strategic marketing efforts to strengthen IKS Health’s brand and market presence. She will design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds trust in IKS Health as a technology innovator in healthcare.

Weismantel brings more than 20 years of marketing experience in healthcare and professional services. Previously, she served as the Americas Head of Marketing at Oliver Wyman, including work in its Health & Life Sciences practice.
IKS Health Founder and Global CEO, Sachin K. Gupta praised her appointment, noting her “insight, creativity and strategic leadership” will help drive growth, innovation, and the company mission.
Meanwhile, Christi Braun joins IKS Health to oversee corporate governance, privacy, regulatory compliance, and all legal functions.
Braun brings deep expertise in healthcare legal operations, including compliance, M&A, antitrust, and physician–hospital alignment.

Prior to this role, Braun held senior legal positions at ScionHealth, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and the University of Florida. She also practiced law at top firms and holds advanced degrees in public health and law
IKS Health’s Chief Financial Officer, Nithya Balasubramanian, stated that Braun’s “deep regulatory insight” will be instrumental in safeguarding the company’s integrity as it scales.
